Dive into the enchanting world of felting with renowned local fiber artist Anne Gohorel!

In this hands-on workshop, Anne will introduce you to felting and guide you through the magical process of turning simple wool into beautiful, textured pieces of art. You will learn fundamental techniques of working with flat woolens to create your own decorative piece — somewhat like painting with wool!


Anne Gohorel is an artist, textile designer, and educator with a passion for kids and color. She attended Cooper Union and the Fashion Institute of Technology and has worked as an art teacher at South Kortright Central School. A lifelong baker and former owner of Bread Fellows Bakery, Anne is always making something.

Bring a bit of inspiration – a photo, painting, or design — or just bring yourself! All materials and tools required are included with registration!
